do I go to in-laws this weekend?

Feeling quite coldy - bad enough this am to take day offf work - but TBH feeling better than I was - over night visit to in-laws this weekend -I could go - but its very busy - loads of people to see - SIL, FIL, MIL , BIL etc etc - and give my cold too -and really althought we get on its the DCs and DH they like to see - could recover and catch up in the house - but its Christmas and DH might not be that happy. WWYD

I'd take the chance of a couple of days in bed! Although really depends if you'll be seeing elderly / very young relatives. I always avoid visiting granny and babies when I have colds.

Sounds like you don't want to go tbh!

However, if I thought that DH would take DS to the in-laws alone this weekend then I'd start sniffing too I love them to pieces, but would much prefer a weekend to myself.

A weekend alone........... bliss!
