Turkey gravy recipe

Any good suggestions or tips?

I'm making mine in advance (Nigella recipe), she recommends doing this and then just adding a couple of spoonfuls of the turkey juices on the day. Going to make it later today I think.

Hmm looks good but this year not actually getting a bird so no giblets etc. I will have to improvise.

The one I'm using doesn't have giblets? It's the Allspice Gravy from Nigella Christmas. I think she also says that if you missed out the juices it wouldn't make that much difference. We're not having a bird either but a crown, a Heston Blumenthal one from Waitrose with a brining kit (will let you know how that goes

I believe Jamie Oliver does one which is good too, but I haven't seen the recipe so I can't comment.
