2Kg frozen turkey crown. Defrosting time?

Have bought a frozen turkey crown. Plan to cook on Christmas day.

When should it be taken out of the freezer to be defrosted in time? I plan to defrost it in the fridge.

nhs says 10-12 hrs per kg in the fridge, 3-4hours per kg in a cool room (17.5 degrees) and 2hrs per kg at room temperature
