Despite my two now knowing The Truth, they still want to leave FC a drink and a mince pie. Fine by me.

This year I he is getting Amaretto and a fancy mince pie.

What does he get round yours?

A hefty sherry.

BrokenBananaTantrum · 20/12/2012 22:32

Milk Blush

NoSoggyBottoms · 20/12/2012 22:32

Mince pie, milk and a carrot for Ruldolph!

ImpatientOne · 20/12/2012 22:32

Whiskey

I was 30 before I spotted the correlation between this and my Dad's favourite tipple...

Xmas Blush

Tea. He can't drive a sleigh if he's pissed.

Goldchilled7up · 20/12/2012 22:36

Milk and a mince pie

MrsChristmasBungle · 20/12/2012 22:36

Santa gets a bottle of beer in my house and a mince pie. The reindeer get milk and carrots.

Oreocrumbs · 20/12/2012 22:37

Milk and biscuits. Although depending on how the day shapes up (it's looking like it will be a bit manic) I might upgrade him to a nice Jack Daniels Xmas Grin.

sausagesandwich34 · 20/12/2012 22:37

milk so he's not drink driving and a luxury chocolate chip cookie to give him a break from all those mince pies and that has nothing at all to do with the fact that I can't stand mince pies

XBenedict · 20/12/2012 22:38

Single malt!

Benaberry · 20/12/2012 22:38

Whisky when I was little -exactly the same reason as ImpatientOne...

Most likely to be bourbon here, occasionally Baileys (depending on who put of me and dh wins the argument over drinking FC's drink...). Always a mince pie, carrot for the reindeer if the rabbit hasn't eaten it...

AbandonHopeAllYe · 20/12/2012 22:39

Oddly, its almost always the same as mama is currently drinking. Funny that. Xmas Smile

MissMogwi · 20/12/2012 22:39

But he needs the booze for his cherry nose and rosy cheeks!

FunnysFuckingFreezing · 20/12/2012 22:40

10 yo old Tawny Port I should think

FunnysFuckingFreezing · 20/12/2012 22:41

it was always sherry as a child though, for FC not me!

pELFicFloorClenchReminder · 20/12/2012 22:42

He gets a diet coke at mine. I work on the assumption that when he gets to our town he stops at ours first as we are right at the top of the hill, so I sober him up for the rest of the town so they don't all get mooncups and Peter Andre books in their stockings. It's a community service I provide.

Doinmummy · 20/12/2012 22:42

Bacardi Breezer in our house. Carrots for the reindeer. Dd is now 14 so we don't do it any more. I'm quite relieved as I've nearly lost my teeth in the past , chomping through bloody great big carrots.

serant · 20/12/2012 22:42

sherry, fruitcake & cheese. riendeers get porrige oats.

MissMogwi · 20/12/2012 22:44

Grin Ha Dooin, I too have knocked the carrot on the head. My teeth can't take it.

KittieCat · 20/12/2012 22:45

Scotsmac. No one remembers why but clearly we once let a vagrant decide on Santa's tipple..

LittlemissChristmas · 20/12/2012 22:47

doinmummy we just use the carrot as part of the veg with Xmas dinner.
We leave a sherry, mince pie and a carrot. Like the idea of choc chip cookie!

fishcalledwonder · 20/12/2012 22:49

DD is only 13 months so going to start this next year. I suspect FC will enjoy a large, cold glass of Chablis at our house.

MyPlumPuddingHasGoneWeird · 20/12/2012 22:49

Sherry and a mince pie. Surely Rudolph steers the sleigh? FC just has to sit in it so not actually drink driving.

DalekInAFestiveJumper · 20/12/2012 23:08

Milk and gingerdeadmen. No, that last is not a typo. My nephew made them, and they are both hilarious and delicious. The reindeer get a slice of carrot cake.
