Mix a shot of Christmas pudding vodka, a shot of ameretto, lots of ice and top generously with Ginger beer.

Merry Christmas. Hic.

Apologies for assuming everyone knows what Christmas pudding vodka is. It's bloody lush.

The fruit is used in either

Christmas Pudding Icecream

And/or

Mini Christmas Puddings. Don't be put off that it appears to be a kids recipe. They're very rich I don't gaff about with rolling icing etc (not after dying my hands and the kitchen green the first time I made them ). They get a blob of icing sugar & water type icing. Tip: ginger cake cheapest in home bargains or pound shops.
