Good cocktail recipes for christmas day?

We like to raid the 'rents drinks cabinet on Christmas day evening and make cocktails but always end up making random mixtures!

Would like to plan ahead and actually make some nice tasty ones this year though! Any recommendations for good cocktails to make please?

Good ones are sex on the beach, piña colada, French martini and tequila sunrise.
