Help me with my innotab please!

Hi I've bought my son an innotab for Christmas and am trying to get some music on it in advance. I have the learning lodge navigator, have inserted SD card, connected innotab to computer, and changed the songs I want to transfer into MP3 format. However, they do not show up on the music tab in file manager, so I can not select them and move them across. Any suggestions? Thank you so much.

Just posting again to say I got it sorted. A call to vtech was very helpful. I just had to save them in a file on my desktop so that I could find them from the innotab file manager. Previously I hadn't had a clue where to start looking. Hope this helps someone else!

I have got DD an innotab, what SD card did you buy for it?

Utterly scared to attempt to set it up!
