food shop ordered for the 23rd

I need to ice cakes
collect turkey
get ds's Xmas day clothes
clear backyard.

Done:
Made wreath
Decorations up
Presents all bought and wrapped
Presents given to respective families (they both visited this month)
Cards sent
Kids crafting - grow your own xmas tree things, 'paper' chains
Bought most of the frozen stuff
Xmas cake (mum makes it and I don't decorate it cos dh is the only one who eats it)
Move kids' furniture around (to make space for Xmas present - doll's house)

To Do:
Tidy up/clean
Buy fresh food (Sunday)
Finish making table mats
Drop presents off for friends
Teachers cards, etc.
Make more mince pies

I'm planning on taking ds to get his hair cut this afternoon, after school. but its tipping it down out there!

Make mince pies (my damn dh ate all of the ones I made to freeze a fortnight ago )
Make Santa's cookies on Xmas eve (also need to get the Christmas cookie cutters because Santa NEEDS shaped cookies, he needs to think our cookies are the best on the street )
Make gingerbread house&men (need to source a gingerbread house kit because asdas suddenly became unavailable yesterday so will be hunting for one tomorrow..)
Take DC to see Santa tomorrow
Make the soup and onion gravy
Peel and chop veggies on xmas eve
Get a pic of my DC for the 3 christmas cards we send

Decide what we're eating on Christmas Eve (DDad, DSMum, DSis and family)

Feeling slightly worried now.....

I had another DS, he was 7lb 11 when he was born (3.49kg) and is now double that! He's very scrummy (see profile pics if you want ) and is an utter milk monster, hence the doubling in weight. I hope he slows down soon! (but in a healthy way of course)
