A turkey crown cooks quite a bit faster than a whole turkey, or you could go for a completely boneless one if you don't like carving.

A foil tray to cook it in

Butter and/or streaky bacon to cover it

Big foil to put over it

Potatoes
I just roast them in oil, but some people like goose fat

Can you be bothered with little sausages, or pigs in blankets? I'd be tempted to skip them....

Stuffing - packet or ready-made if you aren't an enthusiastic cook

Jar of cranberry sauce

Bread sauce? I'll probably be lynched but I buy it in a packet Grin

Whatever veggies you do like if you don't want sprouts

And buy some sort of pudding - I like trifle, but whatever you like

Turkey
Bread sauce
Maris piper potatoes to do roast potatoes
Yorkshire pudds
Pigs in blankets or chipolatas / bacon
Gravy
Stuffing

Then whatever veg you want. We're having red cabbage, cheesy leeks and sprouts for Dh. Might have mashed carrot/swede as well.

Christmas pudding.

For a picky tea I'd do stuff like onion bajis, cold meats, cheese, grapes, nice crisps.

Brandy butter or rum sauce as well for the pudding!
