Help -- trying to burn onto DVD ???

I am useless with IT. Have managed to upload DS nativity play onto Windows Live Movie Maker & wanted to copy it/burn it onto a DVD so could send to Grandparents to watch over Christmas........... cannot get it to work & also it says it is 3.8 GB - help please inc what discs I need to buy to copy it onto.

You need DVD-Rs or DVD-RWs which allow over 4 GB of data, and you need DVD burning software (such as Nero).
