What to get for the tricky inlaws?

Any ideas for tricky MIL and SIL who are very difficult to buy for? No chocolates, or toiletries or books.

OH is no help.

Hmmm. I bought mil a voucher for a manicure at her local beauty salon. Would that do? Or how about cinema vouchers for an evening out. Throw in a free babysit if sil has children. A voucher towards lunch at a local restaurant, Jamie Oliver do these. Coffee drinkers might like a basket with luxury coffee/tea and special biscuits. Or one filled with specialist cheese biscuits and nuts and a whole cheese. A years magazine subscription? Or a box of fine wine?

Was also going to suggest magazine subscription.

Do you have children? Could you do them a photo book or a framed print of the kids?
