Arts & crafts stuff? My DD and her friends love anything creative. I've bought her some lovely things from The Range and also Hobbycraft - a rug making kit, a doll making kit and a knitting set. Each set comes in a nice big box and cost between £5 & £10.

I have a 4yo girl and would recommend the following that cost around a tenner:
Orchard games - pop to the shops or shopping list.
Pop up pirate game
guess who game
Hama beads set
a dressing up outfit (Disney princess!)

John Lewis have some nice baking kits for £10. Obviously an adult would have to help Grin
