Can I make and freeze yorkshires for xmas day?

I know its not traditonal but it wouldnt be xmas without a big homemade yorkshire on the plate.

Can I cook them now and freeze them? How do you reheat them? Straight in the freezer from frozen for a few minutes?

I do that and they are always fine.

I reheat like I would shop bought frozen, so 4-5 minutes
