Any ideas what I get for DS to give DH for christmas?

DS will be 3 at Christmas. Last year 'he' bought daddy a sledge. The year before I bought DH a more expensive gift from me so DS's gift was just DH's favourite chocolates.

This year I'm stumped, budget is about £20-30, any ideas?

One of those little remote control helicopters? Hours of fun for both of them!

DontmindifIdo · 15/12/2012 12:05

Helicopter might work, any ideas where I could get one from?

I've seen stalls selling them in bluewater. Or one of those gadget shops/Menkind horror shows!

DontmindifIdo · 15/12/2012 12:07

(Bloomin - if you don't have some, a sledge was a great gift last year, when the weather changed and it snowed in the new year they had a lot of fun together, and it's a 'toy for Christmas')

Thanks Fred - will see if I can find elsewhere because although I love DH a lot, I'm not sure I can do Bluewater on the week before Christmas without feeling a bit stabby.... [hgrin]

I've ordered a personalised photo calendar with pictures of DS on it. And got DH a TV themed t-shirt from the Think Geek website (which was thanks to another MNer who mentioned the site on another thread).

Maplin and Hawkins have those little helicopters. Maplin have loads of boy toys like that.

Roseformeplease · 16/12/2012 16:29

White T shirt, fabric pens. Unleash your son's creative side. Cost £10 ish. £20 left for helicopter. Job's a good un.

nappyaddict · 17/12/2012 15:52

Also this Santa shaving soap is cheap and fun.

I've been using seek gifts and cr8 a gift with success.

Just got DP a Guinness Travel Mug and my Dad a Jack Daniels flavoured coffee set.

MumofWombat · 18/12/2012 10:57

DS has got DH a set of those flavoured syrups to add to coffee. And unborn DC2 has to him a baby tshirt with 'I love Daddy' on it!

WorkingtoohardMama · 18/12/2012 21:24

I've got him the Disney just dance wii game - don't expect he'll be thrilled, but thought we could all have a laugh playing it together!

Also got a desk calendar with photos of the dc from snapfish, I'm sure there's something else, but can't think what it is!
