Not a clue what to buy my friend's little boy, but have a set of where's Wally books. Would they be suitable?

I gave Where's Wally to a 6.5 year last year and it went down well. Not too young, if that's what you were wondering and I don't think there is an upper age Smile

My 5yo loves them. I have just bought her the collection in the bag the book people were selling as she asked for them on Christmas wish list.

I agree about their being no upper age limit, I love looking for Wally and his friends!

Yes, that s the set I have, in the bag from the BP. They were such at good deal, even though I didn't specifically have someone in mind at the time!

Mine love them. We got a Star Wars one last year and DS with my Dad for nearly an hour doing it.

bigbadbarry · 12/12/2012 20:57

Definitely, everybody older than about 5 in our family loves them.

It's a lovely set olivo, I think it would make a great present. Esp if you like doing them as well. I find dd1 will sit for ages if I look with her.

Ds is 6 and would love it

My DC are 10 and 8 years old and love Where's Wally, and they have done for a few years as well so I would say ideal age!

I'm 27 and still like stealing the books helping the kids find the characters.
