I've lost the christmas eve stuff....

All the pjs and mugs, colouring books etc.

Thought they were on top of my wardrobe.

About £60 worth of stuff gone. No doubt thrown away by me in error.

This is what comes of trying to be tidy, best for me to remain a slattern in future.

Feel for you - I'm forever forgetting where I've put stuff. Could you really have thrown that much stuff away in error? Were they in one big box or lots of bags?

Try to find a quiet minute, have a cup of tea, put your feet up, stop convincing yourself you've thrown them away and start imagining yourself taking the stuff off the top of the wardrobe... and then where might you have put it? Have you checked your other hidy-holes?

Or could someone else have moved it?

I found the pjs. Just the mugs and colouring stuff. Could easily have gone out with the millions of boxes here recently.

Im not stressing anymore. I can replace all that from the £ shop easily enough.

at least you've found the expensive bits! And if the other things turn up, you can use next year (if you can remember where you put them next year )

I also found about 6 rolls of un opened wrapping paper. The money I've saved there can replace the other bits.. Win win!
