It's out first year of hosting Christmas lunch, and I have never cooked turkey before!
Can someone advise me where to get it from and what size I will need please?
There will be 7 of us. Wouldn't mind some leftovers for sandwiches, but not loads as we are going away boxing day. I'd prefer free range if poss. Can't do a crown though as some guests only like the dark meat.
