Please help me with some stocking fillers for my Mum!

I have about £15 to spend and I would like to get her a couple of bits. She is so hard to buy for, she doesn't really listen to music, she doesn't have a Kindle, she hates nick nacks, hates candles.

She likes knitting, bird watching and wildlife in general, cooking and being a Grandma :)

A mug/plate/eggcup/photo frame with Grandma on?
Fingerless gloves so she can wear them while she's knitting?

Handcream, a pair of mini binoculars, a bird book, nice tea?

Was going to suggest handcream too! I've heard knitters rave about Burt's Bees Hand Salve, if that's any help.

magazine (roll it up and stick it in the leg bit of the stocking!), one of those reusable shopping bags that folds up really small, foodie thing (little bottle of special oil/fancy vinegar, spice rub, fancy salt etc.), nice soap.

Stitch holder for her knitting
Pretty little photo frame for photo of the kids
A ball of lovely interesting (textured?) wool for her to try out
Row counter for her knitting
A tiny little sewing kit in a pretty tin for making her knitting up (saw a lovely one in sainsburys for about £3)
A bar of really nice chocolate
A baileys miniature (or the little gift set with the glass and miniature)

Oh and a Christmas decoration hand made by her grandchildren!

Bird seed from the RSPB, they have different mixes to encourage a particular type of bird to visit which might interest your Mum.
An I Spy book of birds for fun.
Hand warmers, it can be cold twitching out on the marsh!
Picture of grandchild in a frame.
Set of measuring spoons, or look at Lakeland catalogue which has pages of stocking fillers for cooks.

A couple of years ago I did my mum an 'afternoon tea' themed stocking. Things like:
A couple of nice boxes of tea bags from whittards
A mini cakes and bakes cookbook from The Book People
Fancy cupcake cases
Nice jar of strawberry jam
Some fancy paper napkins
Box of nice biscuits
Etc

Oh also I got funny veg seeds to plant. Purple carrots etc

Thanks everyone, I fell asleep last night so didn't reply!

I have already got her a message pad to have by the phone with a picture that DS1 (4) drew of himself at school.

Loads of these are really good ideas and I'm going to use some of them for MIL and also my Grandma and DH's Grandma because they all love little bits and pieces.

My Mum is a real fusspot though, largely because she hates clutter!

The birdseeds is a good thought, there are less birds coming to their garden and I know she is upset - I will have a look at what the RSPB have. She is a member already and does buy things from them - which is the other bloody problem that if she wants something then she just buys it!

She only likes one kind of tea, makes all her own jam - otherwise I really like your hamper idea stripes, and I think I will do that for MIL for her birthday which is this month. MIL is so easy to buy for in comparison!
