Poncey Christmas veg?

I am a vague follower of the poncetastic thread but find it hard to keep up!

I sm doing all the cooking for 10 adults, 1 teen and 3 toddlers this year.

I need poncey veg ideas. I'm out to outdo DSis Wink

I think my usual veg is poncey enough but I want to go the extra mile...

I usually do turkey on Christmas day with:

Roast spuds in goose fat
Baby chantenay carrots in lemon and brown sugar
Delia Parmesan parsnips
Sprouts with cream/garlic/almonds/bacon
Delia braised red cabbage

Boxing day will be beef and lamb with:

Roast spuds in goose fat
Cauli cheese
Carrots and peas (minty?)
Yorkshires

I feel I need some artichokes or something in there... Boxing day looks a bit naff compared to Christmas day....

Perhaps your peas need those little baby onions in too, in the poncey French tradition? Or go American and have sweet potato mash with marshmallows on top?
