Sausage roll cock up???

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me? I bought my sausage meat from the butchers yesterday frozen.
Defrosted in the fridge over night.
Prepared sausage rolls so they are oven ready ( didn't cook them)
Froze the sausage rolls

Now I'm wondering can you re-freeze raw sausage meat if it's already been frozen!

Beginning to panic I've just made them for nothing !! :0(((

OH got very bad salmonella from freezing sausages that had previously been frozen by the Co-op (unknown to him). Would definitely throw it away if it has actually started to freeze again. Not really worth the very real risk.
