Low fat Christmas pud recipe anyone?

I have only seen ones with bananas and carrot in them and these don't sound very nice!

Has anyone got a nice recipe, easyish to make at this late stage?

why oh why? just get a decent one and eat a bit less of it. its Xmas for heavens sake!
