African/safari animals?

Ds1 (4.8) has done his Santa letter... 10 toy animals! Didn't think it would be that hard but am struggling to find all of them in a style that I like/think he will like and get good play value from/DS2 (2 in January) can play with too/I can afford!

I think I have probably found every available option and am currently leaning towards Playmobil because of the moving limbs on the animals and the scenery bits you can get to make it more of a playset. I have considered schleich, but not sure how much he would actually play with them, and Elc tubs of plastic ones but have had similar in past and they often don't stand up properly, are quite small and since he has a specific list of animals he would like I want to get those if possible and can't tell online what exactly is in those tubs.

Anyway, if anyone has any recommendations or advice they would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It has to be Schleich for us.

We dismissed playmobil because of the moving limbs etc and knowing they would probably break.

My dc are big on dinosaurs and the Schleich ones are fab, I bought I dinosaur storage box/playmat from ELC that they use, they also use them in "swamp" baths (green food colouring and black/green bubbles, leaves etc), dig in the sandpit with them and they still look fab. Not sure playmobil would stand up to that really.

Thanks for that. Am reconsidering Schleich but tbh, I'm not really sure how much he really thought about this before he said it so don't want to waste money if he is not really going to play with them (although I'm not sure how far wrong you can go will toy animals so imagine they will get played with eventually). Thanks again.
