The usual sweets, pants and socks, toiletries, DVDs, torches, little gadgety bits, bath toys, action figures, playdoh bits, anything small and cheap I think they would like really!

I also do one for dh and he has things like American confectionary, interesting foods/beers, socks, boxers, kit for his snowboarding hobby, cuff links, tongue-in-cheek Anne Summers type stuff (for a laugh when he pulls it out in frint of his parents) toiletries, vouchers, gadgety type stuff.

Basically quite functional stuff which gets absorbed into bedrooms etc without taking up too much space with a decent amount of tat thrown in!

You need to master the art of Buying Nicer Versions of Stuff They Need Anyway. :o

Toothbrush/paste
Magic character flannel
Character undies/socks/vests

I go more OTT on stocking fillers than I do on actual presents. I just love finding loads of little gifts! Blush

Fuzzpig that is exactly my tactic!

I only started doing stockings last year.

This year DS1 (4) is getting:

A magnetic drawing board (I don't know if it will fit)
A battery operated toothbrush
Possibly small lego/playmobil figures
A satsuma
A small chocolate santa
Crayons
A toy car
A book
Socks
Maybe some chap stick

DS2 (5 months):

Sophie the giraffe teether
Socks
Toy ball thing ( don't remember the name)

How about other small things like a yoyo or travel sized games?
