Present for 11 year old boy?

What's on your 11-year old's list? I need TWO gifts for a nephew who's turning 11 at Christmas, and I'm out of inspiration. His parents don't seem to know what he would like either. I guess my budget is about £35 for both.

T shirt with a "suitable" slogan? I got my nephew a "Keep Calm and Kill Zombies" one this week for his birthday
Nerf gun of some description, and extra ammo/darts for it?
Science kit of some kind? would he like launching a rocket, or blowing something up? Iwoot or Think Geek have loads of interesting gadgets if you have a look on their websites and usually deliver very quickly.
