Mine get stuff they will need anyway - stuff like pants, socks, gloves, hairbrush, bobbles, gel pens, pencil case and pencils, rubbers etc, lip balm, smellies, top trumps or playing cards, small crafty something and similar stuff.

For the younger ones - character pants.
Ours also always get slipper socks.

Ours always have the obligatory chocolate coins and satsuma plus a toothbrush, novelty socks, shower gel, and a mini box of Celebrations or similar. Then one or two random items, pens, keyrings, facepacks, nail varnish/files. Have found handwarmers this year for DD and touchscreen gloves for the boys. DGS (16 mo) has a little set of Mickey cutlery (99p store) and a toy iphone (Wilkos) in his plus a mini Lindt bear instead of Celebrations this year Smile

The pound stores are definitely my first stop.

Ive bought top trumps, a Christmassy disposable camera, novelty keyring, slippers, magic flannel and choc coins, they also get a satsuma and a juice carton

Oh yes tickseed! Have ordered from them in the past! That chocolate you can mould like playdoh looks great!

Yes superdrug, poundland, wilkinsons, hawkins bazaar etc. The thing is i will have dd with me and i dont want to traipse around loads of shops. I shall have a look in town on tuesday and then order some bits i think.
