Lego advent calendar...am I being thick or...

Just opened it and I can see inside there is 24 little boxes and on the underside (inside of the box) there is the boxes that need to be popped open...but on the outside there is no numbers? How do you know what to open and when? Help! I've hidden it from the DCs until some mumsnet star comes along to shed some light on this mystery!

are you sure you've opened it properly.... there is just a flap to pull down and then the doors are behind that..like this

I made this rookie mistake last night too. Open the flap at the front, not the sides of the box

Have you lifted up the flap? The front of the box lifts up to display the Windows.

Mine has numbers on.
