Just that..

I've never had one... any tips as to what to look for or avoid? Anywhere I should avoid buying from/buy from?

We got one from b and q. It was £100 you need to look for one with bushy full branches so that it doesn't look skinny and bare.

We got one a couple of years ago from our local wyevale garden centre, they always seem to have a large selection. Was nearly £200 I think, but its very full and bushy and quite beautiful until the dcs help decorate it. Would like to go back to a real tree some day now that we no longer have a dog, but I think the stress of choosing the perfect tree would send me over the edge!
