Any suggestions for a small playset for 4 yr old girl please?

DT2 has asked Santa for a Hello Kitty House. She already has a teeny one which she got for her birthday and loves. I've checked out Amazon etc but there isn't much choice and those that are available get poor reviews.

Moving away from Hello Kitty, can anyone recommend a playset which their 4 yr old enjoys? We have a Peppa Pig Castle so that's out!
