Retro drinks: is anywhere selling Snowballs?

I'm already getting a Yuletide urge for retro drinks: I looked last year but failed to find Snowballs - anyone know if anywhere is stocking them this year?

I've already got the ingredients for martini and lemonade.

Does Babycham still exist?

I bought loads of them in Tesco last year, they were my staple drink over Xmas Grin I love them. I'd assume that they still do them this year, ill be off to stock up soon Blush

I didn't know they came ready mixed, I thought you made them at home. I remember the heady delights of being allowed a Snowball aged about 12 at my uncle's on Christmas day.

It just doesn't taste the same when you have to mix them yourself: it's got to be the pre-prepared little bottles.

I LOVE snowballs!! Me & my sister have them every year- we had them in our younger years! We make our with lemonade, vodka & advocaat. My mum used to put lime cordial in! I've found in the past sainsburys so a cheap version of advocaat for £4 something. They still do babycham too!

I was at a party at the weekend & someone brought alone snowballs and babycham. Sadly I don't know where she got them, but they do exist!

I have never had ready mixed ones but I drink snowballs every Christmas! Advocaat, touch of lime cordial and lemonade!

From 1st December it's officially snowball season!

meditrina - cherry brandy is the liquer IIRC (cherry brandy, apricot brandy, blue bols, curaco type)
Cherry B was little bottles (same size as Babycham/Snowball)

Remember the advert where the woman was hacked off with her bloke (can't remember why, he was off playing pool with his mates or something)
Then a stranger buys her Cherry B
And someone treats you like a lady and buys you Cherry B.

Okaaay

Buy the advocaat! Warninks the big brand was on offer at one major supermarket (Tesco?) just add a dash of lime cordial and lemonade (whisk with fork!)

Advocaat was on special in Sainsburys for £10 today.

But Aldi do a perfectly acceptable version for only around £5.99 Grin

Morrisons had them in today in packs of 4. They also had the cherry B. Both are on two for £5 as well
