I'm sure most people know about this but I thought I would put it up just in case.

For the past 3 years I have been doing these great personalised messages, they make the video and email it out, they also send a video out on their birthdays, there is an option to buy a long fancy video but the free ones are great.

I made this for dd today!

(forgot to show her it though...)

I was going to upgrade to the personalised letter and phonecall too, but there wasn't much info about either.

They wanted £12 for a 'virtual' letter.

And it asked me to pay before requesting my phone number for the phonecall, which I found odd so came out before submitting card details.

If anyone has any more info on the call and letter, I'll be very grateful.
