How does John lewis click and collect work?

You just buy it online and instead of it ring delivered to your house you pick it up from your local JL or Waitrose store. I find it very handy collecting from Waitrose - can also return there

It's great. Used it last year for a few things as our nearest JL store is over an hour away.

So you don't pay when you pick up like in Argos?

No pay when you order like Amazon or M&S collect in store service.
