Vegetarians/pescetarians, what is your main course of choice on Christmas day?

My aunt and uncle say they'll just eat the veg and skip the turkey. I want to make them something nice.

Generally (like most people on the thread) we have nut roast, + veggie sausages, as these go with all the traditional roast dinner trimmings, stuffing, gravy etc. It's really easy to make, very forgiving in that you can vary the ingredients, make it well in advance, etc.

Evety thing but the meat with extra yorkshire puddings. Its always enough.

We make individual nut and mushroom wellingtons, which are lovely. Also made aduki and chestnut loaf from one of Sarah Brown's books for years, quite festive and very tasty.
