I'm new to all this & this site has been fab so thank you all very very very much.
I saw a couple of posters recommended the Book People & I had never heard of them......... well I have now & am really impressed. Bought lots of books for my DS for stocking & to stockpile. Bought bits for me (!) & lots for MIL who loves reading & older Aunts.
- bought MIL Call The Midwife Hardback (she will love it)
- The Dickens at Christmas Hardback = £15.00 in Waterstones with £3 off BUT Book People have for £4.99 & I think it will make nice gift for dear friend together with a copy of "Snow Child" which was also only £4.99 from BookPeople instead of £15.00. Also got a free RHS Diary as spent £40 & I'm sure that will fall into a stocking for MIL too.
Just need to start on Dad's gifts now !!!
