Please help me.
I'm attempting to spend some vouchers and the item i want costs £25 and i have £30.
It wont let me buy a £25 item plus a £5 item or just a £25 item and loose the £5.

Why is it so hard........

you need to spend over the 30 and then pay seperate for delivery its like spend so much get 30 off

is this for the clubcard exchange? do you mean you have £30 of clubcard vouchers to exchange or have you already done the exchange part and now got £30 worth of tokens?

it is a bit confusing, i've just used £40, doubled it up to £80 worth of tokens, but the item i bought was £79.99, so it said i hadn't reached my minimum spend even though i was only 1p off it. i added a cheese grater and it went through ok, i just had to pay an additional £3 or so. i didn't pay anything on top for delivery, did click & collect and it was sent to my nearest branch.

The second item needs to be in the same category as the £25 item.
There is always the possibility of buying something you don't need, and then taking it back for a refund when you change your mind. They give you the refund back onto the card you paid for the rest of the shopping with, as we discovered when we doubled up £25 vouchers for a £50 microwave, which was faulty, and they didn't have another in stock. We got the full £50 back!

Nip yes that what it siad but i added a £5 gift and it wouldn't split them across the two items...do you think they try to make you over spend.

I'll try it again, thank you

nextphase, mine weren't in the same catagory, one was a toy and the other was a cheese grater!

yes, they are trying to make you spend over. try putting in the token codes again from scratch too, i had to do this as their system seemed easily confused.

also, check the other item is included in the exchange, i'm not sure things from gifts & jewellery are.

Thank you for your help, i had to overspend by £2 to get it to process!
Shame on you tesco.
