Maybe knitted? Doesn't have to be though. I'm thinking possibly pastel, grey or a scandinavian type pattern. Not keen on red. Any ideas?

Lands End have some decent ones this year (they're smaller than the big red ones from supermarkets etc);

£12.50

£19.95

John Lewis always does a knitted one.

I have bought stockings and sacks from Mamas and Papas and had them personalised. They are lots of different colours, but they are predominantly red. Lovely quality though.
