Which Xmas cake and pudding recipe have you used this year?

Any recommendations? I haven't made either for a couple of years now as we had a baby one year, moved the next and went to Australia last Xmas so I'm a bit out of practice.

I make Nigella's out of Feast, as it's so easy, but have made Delia's before.

Google bbc rich Christmas pudding, it's amazing!

I've made the Deliah traditional cake for the last three years. Really easy and delicious.

I made the pudding last year from her Christmas book, but I'm the only one that eats it, so not really economic.

This year dh and DS want a Daim cake from Ikea.
