Are Robosapiens as cool as they look?

6yo DS had a brief chance to play with a Robosapien a few months ago and loved it, so did I .

Having had a look at reviews (and had a heart attack at the price) it looks pretty good and is popular with kids and adults.

Has anyone got one? What do you do with it? Obstacle courses, dance routines etc?

Our robosapien is a bit dusty IYSWIM. The novelty wore off fairly quickly. DS occasionally gets it out & copies the dance routine & makes it burp.

Ours gets played with when friends come over, but that's all. Played with a lot at first but novelty wears off.
It danced, burped and they seemed to enjoy getting it to pick up a cup, but it's ages since it got played with.

No. Ours is gathering dust and hasn't received a second glance from DS for quite some time.

I wanted you all to tell me they're really cool .
