Is it just me or are all these owl decorations really really creepy?

They make me think of The Owl Service which scared me rigid when I was a teenager. And they are everywhere on Christmas decs. Sort of woodland theme everywhere. Weird staring eyes. Couldn't be doing with that. But maybe it's just me.

There's a big stuffed one on the chair. There are also owl wall stickers. They are cute owls though rather than real looking ones. I will probably be getting some of the Christmas decorations too

I find it odd to dislike owls, they're very cool. Far more scary things out there!
