If you have both "Delia's Happy Christmas", and her original Christmas book....

... are they different enough to make it worth having both? I love her original one and have made loads of the things out of there over the years (also have loads of others but do love Delia so just wondered what others thought of her most recent Christmas book?

I have both. I admit they are very similar, all of the good recipes from the first book are in the new edition along with a few new ones (although not the sticky toffee pudding recipe!).

I'm not sure I would recommend the new edition if you have the old one, but I do tend to use it more than the old one (but that's because it's a nicer book and I'm a sucker for Christmas cookery books!)

thanks - so doesn't sound like it's worth it then... have way too many recipe books as it is. Are there any fabulous new recipes in the new one which I could google use to justify buying the book?
