I had a 5m outside, pre-lit Christmas garland delivered yesterday. I want it to go around the door way. But I was thinking what am I going to fix it with Confused
Any ideas?

What about those sticky hanger things (I bought some for Hallowe'en decorations) You put the sticky pad up, stick the hooks on and hang the decorations.

I'll post back if they come off cleanly (and let you know if they don't) Grin

Ooh, thank you, they sound good.

I've just found my receipt (WHSmith)
They are called Command Mount Strips I bought the refill tabs (without the hooks) to pin some wall decorations up on my DS walls (which are newly painted)

The refills were £2.99 for 9 strips (hooks + strips would be more ,you might need the larger ones)

I've just removed 2 of the strips- no damage Grin

I might try these for my wreath- I bought one for the front door and I can't put nails up. Don't have a doorknocker either.

Can't think what they're called-the zip tie things....

Plastic, fastenings that are used for cable ties or post sacks.

Might be called cable ties actually....

Just found these, they're in christmas green too.

Thanks Boys, but it's round a doorway, so nowhere to tie them to, iyswim.

YY that's the ones I mean .I bought the refill (ie the sticky bits without hooks)
If you pull the tab right they come off without damage,

I'm going to get them for my door Grin
