Does this mean they will be the ones reduced during their lightning deals?

Nope, just means they have gone up , so far the lightning deals have not been very good (i havn't seen anything i would want), i think price of items probably depends more on popularity and stock. I have loads on my wish list, some items have gone up others have gone down a little.

Amazon has an alogorithim that changes the price of stock based on number of views. So having it on a wish list that I assume you share with people who then go and view said item drives the price up.
