Inexpensive presents for 11 yo boy?

DS is mad about his laptop and Xbox. That's about it!

Money is tight this year and not sure what to get him.

Ideas?

Was thinking about a few cheap toys and books. Will stretch to one Xbox game, but can't afford several!

If he reads Poundland have the Goosebump series in at the minute. They also have Horrible Histories DVDs.
Have a browse around online to see if you can find a Littlewoods code - they sent me £20 off £50, but I've chucked it now so can't share - I managed to get DS 2 xbox games for £30 that way.
