Good 'Peter an the wolf' cd for kids?

Does anyone know of one?

I was thinking of Peter and the Wolf at lunchtime. Bizarre - haven't thought about it for years. Will watch with interest.

There are a few on Amazon, but one is narrated by Dame Edna, which I wasnt too sure about.....

There's one with Sir John Guilgud which DD likes (and so do we!).

I've got the Dame Edna one. Its ace!

Does the Dame Edna one have the classical music accompaniment?

DC have the Dame Edna one and it's great. He / she also narrates also narrates Benjamin Britten's Childrens' guide to the orchestra on the same CD which is lovely.

We had the Peter Ustinov Peter and the Wolf but the Dame Edna one is more fun

Peter and the Wolf is the music. Whichever one you choose the music will be the same.

I think ours must have been the Ustinov one. It was just music, we wore the writing off the side of the cassette. It's a bit ratty, but my parents gave me a box of cassettes that we loved as kids.

I had the David Bowie one as a kid and adored it so much I bought it for DS. I think I bought the one for DS from ebay or amazon
