We have paints, colouring pencils, pens, drawing pads, jigsaws, stickers etc...but so many make your own boxes, beading etc...are designed for much older children, 6+.

Any 'ideas' or sets would be great - she has a Magic doodle drawing thing and loves that...
Many thanks

My 4 year old dd is the same. We buy lots of fabric pens paints and let her go wild on plain t shirts, pillow cases, etc. she also loves the paint your own things you get in wilkinsons for £1 or £2. They have masks, pop up giraffes ( with the bendy legs) puzzles, and another favourite is the velvet type pictures you get in pound land or online as if they go into the black velvet part it doesn't really show!

sticker scratchez are really good, they used to be available to buy on the high street but looks a bit harder to track down now!

Usbourne sticker books are great. My dd loved one of those thread-through-a-care sewing kits - we had a beautiful djeco one. In fact, djeco anything is brilliant - they have lovely stencils and stamps, plus simple dot-to-dot cards. Just spotted these collages, which are for 4+. Would probably be okay for a 3.5 year old who is good at art:

what about an age-appropriate craft book, then pick out a couple of projects you think she'll enjoy then make up a box of the bits and pieces she'll need?

If you/she are into baking, what about cookie cutters and icing/decorations?

Just-turned 4-yo DD3 has just done this mosiac kit and really enjoyed it. And Melissa and Doug do some lovely crafty things for children, including a stamp set that DD3 has too.

Oops, sorry, don't know what happened there!

And I forgot she is obsessed with beads!! We love hama beads and she can do them all by herself ( only one incident of bead up nose so far!! ) also loves necklace making with this www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9086740/c_1/1|category_root|Toys+and+games|14417629/Trail/searchtext%3EBEADS.htm

DD will be 4 at Christmas and similarly arty. She loves beads, I just bought some packs of assorted beads from local craft shop. She's past the age where she puts stuff in her mouth, and it's great for fine motor skills.

Otherwise stickers, lovely new packs of crayons, different coloured paper and card.

Fab Effex here and Bendaroos here are both popular here

Stamper kit, fimo, air dry clay are all a big hit.
