Would this work or just be grim as it's not a classic dark spirit? I normally use brandy but unfortunately my pudding vodka from last year wasn't that popular and I have a bottle left over. It's just so Christmassy tasting that unlike Sloe or Damson gin nobody wants it the rest of the year...
