What to buy a toddler's Dad?

My BIL is daddy to a 3 yr old girl, and SIL is due to have DC2 soon after Christmas. BIL is not very hands on with his DD but will have to take on more daddy day care when DC2 comes along. So I was thinking of getting him a Christmas present that will help him entertain DD... A book, activity, that sort of thing. Not a 'cooking with kids' book, already done that one! Any ideas welcome, thanks!

The Preschooler's Busy Book: 365 Creative Games and Activities to Occupy Your 3 to 6 Year-old by Trish Kuffner would probably be perfect (I have the toddler one for DS and it's excellent). They aren't still in print as far as I'm aware, but there's always loads on eBay :)

Don't know whether your budget would stretch to

It but what about an annual pass to a local petting farm/activity centre?

Both great ideas, thank you! I think SIL already has a petting farm pass (I remember there was a comedy situation involving BIL and some Pygmy goats...) so will get the book if I can find it. Many thinks both.
