Barbie ultimate closet bargain!

Don't know if anyone else's DCs have been interested in this (it's the only thing from aaaall the adverts that DD has been drooling over) but I searched it on amazon this morning, and it came up as just under £30 from a marketplace seller.

But I went on the 'new and used offers' and it was listed, new, at £14.99, sold by amazon. It's a 'dispatched in 2-4 weeks' thing but I'm not fussed as it's for Xmas and will still have plenty of time to return it if it's crap or wrong or something.

No idea how long this low price will last but thought I'd give a heads up in case anyone else was interested.

I will have a look for that, my dd loves all things Barbie!

Ah that's good :) I always get uneasy about really cheap bargains but amazon seem to do that a lot and I feel 'safer' knowing it's actually amazon rather than a marketplace seller.

I don't really like the look of the toy TBH but DD (5) will love it. She has lots of Barbie-type dolls and is always swapping their dresses around (she didn't get her girliness from me!)

I know my dds will be 5 and 7 so either would love it! Whats strange though is amazon say doll included whereas boots or example say it isn't?!

Plus just noticed you can buy the DVD from next week for £6.99 - it's actually only gone on the cinema this week - what a con! I would have paid £20 to take them cinema had I not noticed so you have saved me that too!

I didn't even know there was a film! I think we will stick to Barbie Nutcracker and Swan Lake :o

I'm pretty certain the doll isn't included, it's the closet with a few clothes and shoes and a bag or two. I looked at a few different descriptions on ebay too and some of them seemed confused with a different product. I don't mind paying £15 but there's no way I'd pay £30 (but then I never like paying full price for toys)

If you look through the pictures though the doll and closet are boxed together in the third photo.

it says doll sold separately in the description.

Oh I see, 2 different products - one is the fashionista ultimate close (no doll) and the £14.99 one is the Barbie Estate Dress-up thingy with doll.

I really hope it's the right thing and I haven't just messed up loads of people's Xmas shopping! On my order it says that it's the closet. Ah well, DD will love it regardless and amazon are really good for returns/refunds anyway so hopefully it'll be ok

The different bits of the product description are describing different things but I'm going with the picture/title. I am using the amazon app so I've taken some screen shots in case they send the wrong thing!

There's no mention here of a barbie estate doll? My order confirms its for the closet o bargain whether included doll or not really!

I think the thing that the end of the description is mixed up with is the princess and the popstar tori doll (currently £13.74) which is listed separately. Looks like some dodgy copy and pasting went on

I have contacted amazon and the lady from customer services is looking into it and will reply within 48hours as she couldn't confirm!!!!!,

Me neither. DD has far too many of them already! I just got an email from amazon saying dispatch will be earlier than expected so I should get it early sept.

DD has one of those dolls houses that takes barbie sized dolls - I got a load in charity shop for £1 each in knitted olympic clothes so this will round it off nicely - as they aren't the prettiest of dolls at the moment.
