I love this nice Christmassy weather

Overcast, drizzly, warm, just like the Christmases of my youth. None of this annoying cold stuff we've been cursed with these last few years. As we drove back from PILs at 10pm ish it was 13 degrees outside!

Oooh Noooo!

I've been cursing because we were spoilt the last 2 years.
OKay it was a pain in the bum with deliveries (Post Office ans Amazon) and not knowing if the supermarkets would get their lorries in.

But last year we were in Hamleys ,there was a blizzard outside.London is lovely in snow. (But my shoes leaked, the DCs were fine though)

Only bright side is my guinea-pigs could go out in their shed, so their cage wasn't taking up the dining room (until night-time)

I know it's early days, but if the snow comes in January it's just a bally nuisance, not festive at all.

Yes, no snow now, please, an early spring would be lovely. I am no sun worshipper at all and never sunbathe but am starting to see what people mean about the sun an the I have no tolerance for extreme temperatures - like it to be between 5 and 18 at ALL times.
