Serious problem goose and beef joint oven not big enough for both. Help!

I need to feed 12 goose not big enouggh beef not big enough so though would cook together. Tested and doesnt fit. What do I do? I have a combi microwavw oven but never use the oven function. Have a slow cooker. an I cook the beef tonight and reheat? Will that be dry.

Cook the beef, leave it pink.

Cook goose in oven tomorrow. Cook gravy in tin on the hob... Red wine, beef juices, beef stock, mustard, red wine etc, the add sliced beef to it, let it simmer for 20 minutes. Beautiful. Best way to do beef IMO

I agree beef tonight, cook it rare it won't make anyone ill.

Do goose tomorrow, it's a fatty bird and needs to be nice and hot.

Or clonk the beef in the slow cooker in a bottle of red wine or some stock. Or just stand it on some halved potatoes/parsnips/carrots and roast those at the same time. It will take about 6 hrs on high so set it away to be ready when you need it.
