Probably a stupid question, can I make stuffing in advance?

I am breaking away from the paxo this year and making my own sausagemeat and apricot stuffing. Question is, can I make it up tomorrow and store it in the fridge?

Yes - just take it out when you take the turkey out to get it to room temperature before stuffing.

Of course you can! I always do. By tomorrow evening my roast will be stuffed, trussed and weighed. All I'll have to do on Sunday is bung it in the oven. I make a vegetarian stuffing, but I don't see why making a sausagemeat stuffing would be any different in this respect.
